Thanks for the interesting post!

I have been wondering about a question, and trying to find some reliable information on the subject, but I find mostly hyperbole and finger-pointing. My question is, has there been any research done on the sustainability of the paleo diet? There are a lot of competing claims about how to feed a planet of 7 billion people. Vegetarians and organic farmers claim they have the answer. But then, so do scientists who genetically modify crops. And where does paleo fit in? Clearly a lot of vegetarians are hostile to the paleo diet.

Is it possible to feed the planet a paleo diet and maintain it over time? Or is the paleo diet just another form of conspicuous consumption for an affluent society?

One thing I'd prefer to reply to is that fat reduction plan fast is possible by the right diet and exercise. A person's size not only affects the look, but also the complete quality of life. Self-esteem, melancholy, health risks, as well as physical skills are damaged in weight gain. It is possible to just make everything right and at the same time having a gain. Should this happen, a medical problem may be the perpetrator. While a lot food instead of enough exercise are usually to blame, common health conditions and popular prescriptions may greatly help to increase size. Many thanks for your post right here.

Deviled eggs are one of my go-to foods for any type of gathering. For one, my husband loves them, and two, they're always a hit. So simple to make, but most people seem to think they take a ton of work. I usually stick to a Better Homes & Gardens recipe (but usually use rice vinegar instead of white) but I may have to go the bacon & chive route next time.
I don't get into the religious holidays either, except as an excuse to eat and eat candy. Since we seem to be on the same wave length I'll share a new name for Easter a friend used when we got together for brunch last year - Zombie Jesus Day.
